After our official grand opening has started (May 22, 2024), pre-orders will now be paid for at the time the order is placed at checkout. Pre-ordered items will then be directly shipped out to customers automatically once they arrive at our warehouse.
This will help simplify and streamline the pre-order process which has until now, used the payment link system where customers would fill out payment information within a 2 week period once the item arrived at our warehouse.
We hope this change will cause less confusion about the payment process since customers will no longer need to check their emails for future payment links.
For pre-orders placed before May 22, 2024, the previous pre-order method will still apply. So if you placed a pre-order before this time, please be sure to check for your payment links as usual for these orders.
