Our new warehouse is working well now, however we are still facing international logistic disruptions such as the trade route disruption around the Suez Canal , high demands of air transportation and/or difficulties with Russian-related routes, congestion of the port and the import customs which are causing shipping delays / significantly longer transit times.

Currently, depending on products, the shipment from our warehouse is delayed around 4-8 weeks generally.

Now we are sending notification emails at;

* When dispatched Asian (generally Chinese) port: approx. 8-10 weeks prior to shipment

* When doubled the Cape of Good Hope: approx. 4-5 weeks prior to shipment

* When arrived the European port: approx a weeks prior to shipment

We hope these emails can be good references for the time when you can get the products.

As we have announced, now some pre-orders have been paid and others have not. If you have paid already, the products will be shipped automatically. Otherwise, you will receive a payment link for the pre-order.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, but we consider that there will be a few continued chronic delays from the indicated release date until the international logistic disruptions are resolved.
