Die Figur basiert auf Ai Akasas Illustration der verspottenden Marine, die auf einem luxuriösen Stuhl sitzt. Die Details ihres komplizierten Outfits wurden ebenfalls sorgfältig geformt, und durch die Verringerung der Glanz der Figur und der Verwendung von metallischen Lackierung wurde die Textur der verschiedenen Stoffe in Figurenform realistisch nachgebaut.
