Die Figur zeigt Zero Two lächelnd, während sie Süßigkeiten in der Hand hält. Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf die Gestaltung ihres weichen Haares und ihrer dynamischen Pose gelegt. Der Sockel ist mit dem „DARLING in the FRANXX“-Logo versehen. Die Figur wurde mit der Idee eines schwebenden Motivs gestaltet.
