We are truly sorry for keeping you waiting; however, finally, we could be able to start fulfilling your preorder at Japan Expo 2022.
Customers who placed any preorders at the venue will soon receive an invoice. (As this is manual operation, we may need 1-2 weeks to complete.)
Once you complete the payment, the shipment will be made within another 1-2 weeks, from Luxembourg. As we made customers wait so long, we will issue a 10% off discount code. The code will be sent after your fulfillment has been completed, and it can be used once per customer.
On the other hand, you may cancel your preoder. For administrative reasons, we would like you to inform us of your cancellation from your customer page, or contact from the form with your invoice number, which is on the title of the email.
