Starting in January 2025, we at Good Smile Company Europe will be making some significant changes to how we handle product shipments, primarily when it comes to our shipping provider. As such, we would like to inform everybody about these changes before they take effect early next year.
We will be upgrading our shipping service to higher quality DHL shipping, which means better service, faster delivery, and more careful package management, among other positive changes for those ordering from the Good Smile Europe Online Shop.
For the majority of covered areas, this change will see a slight decrease in shipping costs, but for others, a slight increase. The new shipment change will factor two aspects when it comes to calculating shipping: order size and shipping location (calculated as Zones 1 - 4). Below is a chart showing the 4 different zones of shipping that we can deliver to:
Zone 1 / Zone 2 / Zone 3 / Zone 4
