As we have already announced, you are supposed to have received invoices if you have pre-ordered at Japan Expo 2022. In case you have not received any email about invoices though you have pre-ordered at the venue, please ask us via our contact form.
For administrative reasons, the preorders will be cancelled at the end of February once, unless you proceed with the payment procedures. Once those preorders are cancelled, the products will be returned into our inventory and sold at the normal prices and conditions (with the normal shipping cost).
The customers who completed the order procedures will receive the discount code, which is announced before, after this deadline.
